Be Well Healthcare is a private pay practice. We do not contract with insurance providers, however, we can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for possible partial reimbursement.
Initial Consultation Adult

The initial consultation includes a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, during which your symptoms, medical history and social history are discussed. Based on this assessment, your provider will develop a personalized treatment plan that may involve psychiatric medication, lifestyle adjustments, and referrals to external support resources. The goal is to establish a balanced, effective approach that supports your well-being and helps you achieve optimal mental health.
Follow Up Adult
40 min $380
The follow-up appointment involves a re-evaluation of your progress and a discussion of how the initial treatment plan is being managed and its effectiveness. Based on this assessment, the treatment plan will either continue as agreed or be adjusted to address any challenges or concerns that may arise.
Check-in Visit
25 min $250
The check-in visit focuses on the continuation of a well-managed treatment plan, with a discussion to ensure ongoing stability and determine if any adjustments to the ongoing treatment plan are necessary.
Initial Consultation Adolescent
90 min $750
The initial consultation for adolescents is divided into three components which allow the provider and parent/legal guardian to speak one-on-one, provider and patient to speak one-on-one and reconvene as a group.
The appointment includes a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, during which the adolescent’s symptoms, medical history and social history are discussed. Based on this assessment, the provider will develop a personalized treatment plan that may involve psychiatric medication, lifestyle adjustments, and referrals to external support resources. The goal is to establish a balanced, effective approach that supports the adolescent’s well-being and helps them achieve optimal mental health.
Follow Up Adolescent
